Every B2B diary leaves our Udaipur bench with identical quality control — full-grain leather, waxed linen sewing, and acid-free paper, regardless of order size.
Bulk custom embossing
Your brand name, client initials, or event text pressed into every cover by hand. Minimum 10 pieces. We'll send press proofs before production starts.
Worldwide fulfilment
We ship from Udaipur via DHL Express and domestic couriers. For large orders we can arrange consolidated freight or multi-destination drop-shipping.
Flexible billing
GST invoices for India-based clients. Export documentation included for international orders.

Receive a quote
We'll send a formal quote including per-unit pricing, lead time, packaging options, and shipping costs to your door.

Approve & pay deposit
Confirm the order and pay a 50% deposit via bank transfer or Shopify invoice. We'll send press proofs for any embossing.

Delivery
Your diaries are packed and shipped from Udaipur with tracking. Balance due on dispatch. GST invoice provided.

Common questions.
- What is the minimum order quantity?
- Ten pieces is our wholesale minimum. Orders can mix product styles, sizes, and leather colours — just note your preferences in the enquiry form.
- How long does production take?
- Standard stock items: 5–10 business days. Custom embossing: 5–7 business days. We'll confirm an exact lead time after reviewing your order.
- Can I order samples before committing?
- Yes. Write to retkatha@gmail.com requesting a sample pack. We'll send one or two diary styles at standard retail pricing — the cost is credited back when you place your wholesale order.
- Where do you ship for wholesale?
- Across India and internationally. We handle all export paperwork (GST, commercial invoices, packing lists).

Walk-in wholesale enquiries welcome during opening hours. Bring your requirements and we'll pull samples from the bench.
