We're open Mon — Sun · 10:00 — 23:00, seven days a week. If you're travelling through Udaipur, you're welcome to browse in person, feel the leather, and see embossing samples on the bench.

Yes. Choose local pickup at checkout if it's available, or email us at leatherlad@gmail.com with your order number and we'll hold it at the counter. We'll confirm when it's ready — usually within a day or two for in-stock diaries.

In-stock items leave our Udaipur workshop within 2 business days. Personalised embossing takes 5–7 days while we prepare your proof and press the cover. You'll get a confirmation with tracking once it's on its way.

Across India and worldwide. Orders ship from Udaipur via trusted couriers (including DHL Express for international parcels). Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable, so there are fewer surprises on delivery.

Yes — choose Express at checkout when available, or write to leatherlad@gmail.com and we'll do our best to prioritise your order at the bench. If you're local, visiting the shop is often the fastest way to leave with a gift in hand.

Yes. Every diary can be embossed by hand with up to 10 characters in our shop typeface. Choose corner or spine placement on the product page. We'll email you a proof before we press — or discuss it in person if you visit us in Udaipur.

For orders of ten or more, yes. We'll work with you on hide, paper, page count, and foil. Email leatherlad@gmail.com or stop by the shop to talk through options with us directly.
